5 pounds of fat versus 5 pounds of muscle
THIS is why building muscle is a good idea, it makes your body smaller and allows you to eat more each day, what more could you ask for?!
^Seriously. I take a weight training class and I eat way more than I used too last summer and I’m STILL losing weight. Muscle is awesome.

WEIGHT TRAINING, not cardio, will give you CURVES in all the right places. Excessive cardio will flatten you out, break down muscle tissue and give you a “skinny fat” look. Lift weights ladies! It’s impossible for women to get “bulky” or “manly” without the help of steroids. We do not have the levels of testosterone necessary to do it without roids!
